MECT has launched a $5 Million dollar capital campaign to Save Our Woods. We are approaching our closing on 12 Acres in Essex off Southern Avenue, and need your support for this conservation project and other efforts that we have underway.

You can choose to donate to our general fund or a specific interest like the protection of Shingle Place Hill. Donations are critical for MECT to fulfill its mission and ensure solid support for our land acquisition and protection goals, as well as our land stewardship and education. Surveyors, lawyers, hydrology, and wetland consultants are essential to our mission of permanent protection of land.  Our small staff  of just over two full-time equivalent employees works hard to make each dollar counts!
